TICKETING FAQ

Should the Vendor cancel 90 days or more in advance of the Event the Vendor shall receive 100% refund; between 90 and 31 days of the Event the Vendor shall receive 50% refund; within 30 days of the Event the Artist shall not be issued a refund.

Is what I purchased on Eventbrite my ticket? All tickets are e-tickets - you will exchange this ticket for a badge/wristband during setup at the Exhibit Hall. You should receive your ticket as well as confirmation via the email address you input during the checkout process.
